Do Not Let What You Know get in the way of your Success

The caption of this article is a common phrase amongst coaches. They are trained not to allow what they know get in the way of their success. Recently I had two experiences that really brought this phrase to light. I have been quite familiar with the Rochester, Kent City Centre for the last two years.
