Spoilt Children are more angry with their parents than kids who were not spoiled, but many parents never understand why. The children never know why themselves, but the real reason is that the LION in them has been trained to be something other than a lion. In his book, THE ABOLITION OF MAN, CS Lewis describes this painful situation in these words — “In a sort of ghastly simplicity we remove the organ and demand the function. We make men without chests and expect of them virtue and enterprise. We laugh at honour and are shocked to find traitors in our midst. We castrate and bid the geldings be fruitful.” In training the lions that children are born with to be something other than lions, the children have become rebellious, they look at life and sense that they are not participating in it like they would want, they reel out the frustration on their parents.
