About a year ago, I wrote an article about affirmations. A few of my friends responded by saying that it doesn’t work. One told me that it only works when you use it for negative things. I told them it depends on why they are making the affirmations. If the affirmations are TO GET SOMETHING, then they are correct: IT DOESN’T WORK. If the affirmations are to affirm WHO THEY ARE, IT WORKS INSTANTLY.
